Yogurt Fruit Smoothie

Having an icy fruit smoothie on a warm and humid morning really cools down the insides (sounds so weird but feels so good). Maybe I’m looking to much into it, but it really sets the tone for a good day.

Yogurt Fruit Smoothie

  • 2 C Nonfat Plain Greek yogurt
  • 1 cup of blueberries*
  • 1 cup Strawberries*
  • 1 ⁄2 tsp Vanilla or Almond Extract
  • Stevia (to taste)
  • Enough Ice Cubes to fill blender loosely
  1. Add all ingredients to a blender and blend.

*Sometimes I freeze fresh strawberries and blueberries and cut back on the ice. You can use whatever type of fresh fruit you like, approximately ½ – 1 cup worth.
