Open Face Sandwich
- 1 slice ezekial bread
- 2 Tablespoons of hummus + 1 Tablespoon avocado mixed in
- 1/2 Cup spinach leaves
- 1/2 Cup sliced tomatoes
- Balsamic vinegar mixed with olive oil to taste
- Soak the tomatoes or toss in the balsamic/olive oil mixture (optional) and top this simple sandwich with the hummus, spinach, and tomatoes. Enjoy a quick summer lunch.
