- 2 scoops UltraMeal any variety vanilla
- 4 oz unsweetened almond milk
- 4-6 oz cold coffee regular or decaf OR use all coffee in place of milk for stronger coffee flavor
- 2 ice cubes
- optional sprinkle of cinnamon
