Chicken Nibbles

Can be used as snack or in a salad or with veggies. Many options!

  • 1 Cup lemon juice
  • 2 Tbsp gluten free tamari soy sauce
  • 2 Tbsp. Dijon mustard
  • 1/4 tsp paprika
  • 2 tsp olive (avocado, or walnut oil)
  • pinch of pepper
  • 7 oz boneless skinless chicken breast (diced)
  1. combine ingredients and marinate for 1 hour
  2. cook over medium heat 15-20 minutes or until cooked through
