Baked Lemon Pepper Fish and Broccoli

Another easy to prepare meal with burst of lemon pepper.

  • 4 white fish filets of choice
  • Lemon
  • 1 tsp lemon pepper
  • 1/2 tsp parsley
  • salt to taste
  • 3 Cups broccoli cleaned and cut
  • Avocado oil
  1. Lightly coat fish in oil and dust with lemon pepper and parsley (salt optional)
  2. Place on baking dish and bake at 325 F until fish is done (varies based on thickness, fish should be white and flake apart easily with fork)
  3. Bring broccoli to boil in water in a covered pan, then remove from heat and keep covered for 5 minutes
  4. Drain broccoli and serve alongside fish with 2nd vegetable of choice
