This Kiwi Kale Smoothie is a great way to incorporate greens into your breakfast or snack.
Kiwi Kale Smoothie
- 6 cups loosely packed cleaned kale
- 1 green apple (cleaned and cored, chopped)
- 3 kiwi (peeled)
- 1 orange (peeled)
- 1 C unsweetened vanilla almond milk
- 1 Cup organic juice of choice
- stevia to taste
- Blend together in VitaMix or othter high power blender. Optional – you can add ice if you like a colder smoothie.
