Coconut Flour Bread
Gluten free and Ketogenic Diet friendly coconut flour bread.
- 1/2 cup coconut flour
- 1/4 tsp Celtic sea salt
- 1/4 tsp baking soda
- 6 organic eggs
- 1/2 cup coconut oil (melted)
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. In a medium sized bowl sift together the dry ingredients. Slowly add the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and stir until very smooth. Grease a small bread pan and fill about 2/3 of the way full with batter. Bake for 40-50 minutes, or until a toothpick comes out clean. Makes 12 servings.
This coconut flour bread will come out with a more dense and rough texture than traditional bread, but it can still be toasted and enjoyed, and it is very easy to make.
