Turkey Burger Pan Cooked
A great year round protein rich turkey burger recipe.
- 1/2 lb ground turkey
- 1 organic egg white
- 2 tsp dijon mustard
- 1 C grated zucchini
- 1/3 C finely chopped onion
- 1/4 tsp pepper
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 2/3 C almond flour
- Combine ingredients and form into 1/2 inch thick patties
- Cook over medium – medium/high heat on well oiled pan to prevent sticking
- Cook aprox 5-6 minutes per side, or until cooked to 165 degrees F internally
Serve with lettuce, tomatoes, onions, pickles, and other veggies of choice
