A great year round protein rich turkey burger recipe.

  • 1/2 lb ground turkey
  • 1 organic egg white
  • 2 tsp dijon mustard
  • 1 C grated zucchini
  • 1/3 C finely chopped onion
  • 1/4 tsp pepper
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 2/3 C almond flour
  1. Combine ingredients and form into 1/2 inch thick patties
  2. Cook over medium – medium/high heat on well oiled pan to prevent sticking
  3. Cook aprox 5-6 minutes per side, or until cooked to 165 degrees F internally

Serve with lettuce, tomatoes, onions, pickles, and other veggies of choice
