- 1 Cup lemon juice
- 2 Tbsp gluten free tamari soy sauce
- 2 Tbsp. Dijon mustard
- 1/4 tsp paprika
- 2 tsp olive (avocado, or walnut oil)
- pinch of pepper
- 7 oz boneless skinless chicken breast (diced)
- combine ingredients and marinate for 1 hour
- cook over medium heat 15-20 minutes or until cooked through
