Admittedly I was a little skeptical for my first appointment at Heal n Cure. However, once I stepped through the door, I was met with great customer service and a very welcoming (and non-judgemental) environment. Dr. Meena and her team are extremely caring and compassionate. It is the first time in my life that I have had a physician take the time to really dig into my health, understand underlying issues, and spend the time reviewing everything with me in plain-speak. Additionally, her energy and her enthusiasm are infectious.
The team, including an amazing dietician (Deanna), created a custom plan for me based on my needs. And they have been there along the entire way supporting me through that plan.
Long story short, I am 3 months into my program. I have lost 30+ lbs, and am the same weight as I was graduating college! I haven’t seen these digits in 25 years. But it’s not just weight loss. My plan includes eating smarter, exercising correctly, and taking better care of myself. All thanks to Dr Meena and her team, I feel the best I have felt in over 20 years. I can’t recommend them enough. Definitely life changing.
