Stuffed Celery
- ½ cup reduced fat cottage cheese
- 1 scallion (chopped)
- 1/8 tsp. prepared horseradish
- 1/8 tsp. Worchestershire sauce
- Pinch of garlic powder
- 4 celery stalks (cut into 3-inch pieces)
- Paprika (for garnish)
- In a small bowl, thoroughly combine cottage cheese, scallion, horseradish, Worchestershire sauce, and garlic powder. Mix. Spoon into celery and sprinkle with paprika
