Sugar Free Mint Lemonade
This sugar free version of lemonade is enhanced with the addition of fresh mint.
- 4 cups filtered water
- 1/3 to 1/2 cup freshly juiced organic lemons (seeds removed)
- 1/8 to 1/4 teaspoon pure stevia extract powder or up to 1/2 teaspoon clear stevia extract liquid
- 6-8 fresh mint leaves
- Mix water, juice, and stevia. Taste and adjust stevia or water as needed (adding more if too much lemon or not sweet to taste)
- Add Ice
- Add mint leaves, and muddle just before serving, or in the glass while serving.
