- 1 large or 2 small bunches of chard (cleaned, chopped, stem removed)
- 1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil
- 1/2 C veggie broth
- 1 clove minced garlic
- salt and pepper
- Sautee oil and garlic for 3 minutes on low / medium heat
- Add broth and chard and cook, covered, for 10 minutes
- salt and pepper to taste
