Black Bean Brownie
Black Bean Brownie is also sugar free
- 2 cups Black beans (cooked and cooled)
- 1/2 cup Medjool dates
- 3 organic egg whites
- 1/2 cup organic unsweetened applesauce
- 1/2 tsp Baking soda
- 1/2 cup Cocoa powder
- 1/2 tsp Salt
- 2 tsp Vanilla extract (organic)
- Puree beans, dates, and egg whites until smooth and well blended. Add other ingredients and mix. Bake at 350 degrees F in a 9×9 inch pan for 20-25 minutes until toothpick inserted does not come out wet, and let cool, completely before serving.
