Almond Flour Brownie – Sugar Free
This sugar free almond flour brownie hits the sweet spot while delivering protein and great flavor.
- 5 tablespoons almond flour or almond meal
- 3 tablespoons cocoa powder
- 2 tablespoons erythritol crystals
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- pinch of salt
- 3 tablespoons water
- 2 tablespoons coconut oil (unrefined)
- 1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 2 egg whites
- 1 tablespoon baking chocolate (shredded (not sweet))
- 1 tablespoon ground nuts of choice
- Mix ingredients well
- Pour into 2 muffin tins, divided equally
- bake at 325 F for 12-15 minutes
- brownies will be soft and still liquid to toothpick test in center, but overall set
- Let cool for 12 minutes before removing
