Ingredients
  1. 2 scoops UltraMeal or UltraInflamX vanilla or spice
  2. 6 oz reduced sodium tomato or other vegetable juice of choice
  3. 4 oz cold water
  4. 2 ice cubes
Instructions
  1. Blend ingredients together. Adjust ice and water to taste. Add pepper to taste.
