Tzatziki

Tzatziki

  • 16 oz. container Non Fat Greek Plain Yogurt
  • 1 cucumber (peeled, seeded, and grated)
  • 1 clove garlic (minced)
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 tbs. fresh parsley (chopped)
  • 1 tbs. fresh mint (chopped)
  • 1 tbs. fresh lemon juice
  1. Combine ingredients in a bowl and fold together, refrigerate for 2 hours before serving.
  2. Makes about 2 cups.

Great for dipping vegetables: broccoli, cucumber, celery, cherry tomatoes, carrots
