Using gluten free almond flour and sweet potato, you can enjoy a new waffle that delivers protein for breakfast.

Ingredients
- 1 C almond flour
- 2 tbsp coconut flour
- 1/2 tsp baking soda
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1 medium sweet potato cooked with skin removed
- 4 egg whites
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 1/4 tsp stevia
- 1/2 tbsp coconut oil
- 1/3 C unsweetened almond milk or other natural unsweetened milk
Instructions
- Mix all ingredients together. Heat waffle iron and spread the batter onto the heated iron to cook.
