Minty Pea Dip
This is a simple recipe that pairs great with crisp veggies for a healthy snack.
- 1/2 cup chilled cooked peas
- 1 Tbs chopped fresh mint
- 2 Tsp fresh lime juice
- Mash peas, add mint and lime juice and mix together. Serve cold with celery, radishes or another crunchy vegetable.
