Mean Green Juice #4

Incorporating greens into your juice is undoubtedly the healthiest option. Green leafy vegetables contain a wealth of vitamins and nutrients that can quickly boost your health. Generally, green juice recipes require 60% dark green leafy vegetables and 40% other fruits and vegetables. You can experiment with different variations until you find one that suits your taste and nutritional requirements. During a juice cleanse, aim to consume around (4) 16-20 ounce drinks each day. If you make a large batch of juice, store the extra in a tightly sealed container in the fridge. Here are some recipes to get you started.
