Ingredients

  • 1 Ezekiel tortilla
  • 1 tsp. olive oil
  • Lime juice and/or cayenne pepper optional
  • Salt to taste

Instructions

  • Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat and add lime juice and/or cayenne pepper if desired. Cut the tortilla into 8 wedges. Add the tortilla pieces in a single layer and heat on each side for 5 minutes or until crispy but not too brown. Sprinkle with salt and enjoy.
  • Alternatively, you can bake the tortillas in the oven. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees and brush the olive oil and seasonings on one side of the tortilla. Cut into 8 wedges arrange in a single layer on a baking sheet. Bake for 7 minutes or until crispy. Sprinkle with salt.
