Shredded Fish Tacos on Ezekiel Shell

Servings 1

Ingredients

  • 1 fish filet white fish of choice
  • 1 serving ezekiel shells
  • 1/4 cup red cabbage
  • 1/2 small avocado
  • 1/2 lime
  • 1 raddish sliced
  • 1 tablespoon cilantro for garnish
  • 1/4 red pepper

Instructions

  • Prepare white fish of choice by steaming in pan on stove with lime juice and water over medium heat until fish is cooked and flakey, set aside
  • In second pan, saute red pepper (can also saute the cabbage if you do not prefer raw cabbage) and squeeze lime juice on vegetables while they cook for 5 minutes over low-medium heat
  • Layer ingredients into shell and enjoy this simple quick fish taco meal
