Chard

  • 1 large or 2 small bunches of chard (cleaned, chopped, stem removed)
  • 1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil
  • 1/2 C veggie broth
  • 1 clove minced garlic
  • salt and pepper
  1. Sautee oil and garlic for 3 minutes on low / medium heat
  2. Add broth and chard and cook, covered, for 10 minutes
  3. salt and pepper to taste
