Berry smoothie with cherries, strawberries and blueberries.
- 1 C cherries (pitted)
- 1 C blueberries (cleaned)
- 1 C strawberries (cleaned and halved)
- 6 scoops UltraMeal Cardio Vanilla or Chocolate
- 18 oz Unsweetened Almond Milk
- Use a high power blender such as a VitaMix to blend fruit long enough to liquify seeds and skin. In order to make the berries that well bleneded, they will heat up in the process, so add ice to your temp preference, or blend less.
