5-Minute Healthy Fruit Frozen Yogurt
A quick and delicious ice-cream alternative!
- 1 16-oz. bag frozen peaches or 4 cups fresh peaches, frozen solid (or your favorite fruit: strawberries, blueberries, etc)
- Stevia to taste
- 1/2 cup plain Greek yogurt (low fat)
- 1 Tablespoon fresh lemon juice (optional)
- Add the frozen fruit, stevia, yogurt and lemon juice to the bowl of a food processor or blender. Process until creamy, about 5 minutes.
- Serve the frozen yogurt immediately or transfer it to a Popsicle mold and store it in the freezer for up to 1 month.
