  • 1 Cup Frozen Mango Chunks
  • 2 Drops Stevia Liquid (optional, depending on natural sweetness of mangoes)
  • 1 Tablespoon unsweetened almond milk
  • Optional 1 Tablespoon Protein Powder and 1 Tablespoon Water (mixed well)
  1. This is a simple and healthy Ice Cream alternative. The main catch is that you need a very powerful blender, such as a Vita Mix. With the Vita Mix, I just add frozen mango cubes and a small amount of almond milk. I use the tamper to push the fruit down and blend it, quickly. In less than 3 minutes, we have sorbet.
